What is included in the price of my ticket?

Every year we work hard to make this event a memorable and meaningful experience. Included in this year's ticket price are:

  • Valet parking
  • Light refreshments, lunch,and  dinner
  • An engaging cocktail hour, with a photo booth, prize wheel and live music
  • Opportunities to win raffle prizes graciously donated by businesses throughout our service area
  • AACN-certified CEUs (pending approval)
  • Opportunities to meet other hospital partners and advocates in CDT's service area

Is there a dress code?

We know it can be a long day, and encourage you to be comfortable! That being said, we do recommend business casual... and if you want to dress up to align with our Mission Possible theme, we welcome it!

Are there rooms blocked off?

CDT has coordinated a small block of rooms at the Saratoga Hilton for our guests that may be traveling. To book a room under the CDT block, call the Saratoga Hilton ( 518 - 584-4000 ) and request a room in the Center for Donation and Transplant Symposium and Celebration block.

How do I nominate one of my colleagues for an award?

Email and a staff member will happily send you a nomination form and description of all of the awards!
